Lattimer home
Designing and building this custom 3,400-square-foot waterfront home for a wonderful family has been an incredible experience.
With six bedrooms, an optional seventh bedroom or office, 4½ bathrooms, and an open-concept layout, the home was designed for bringing generations together. Over 1,500 square feet of maintenance-free wraparound decking, expansive waterfront views, a turf yard, brick paver patios, and an in-ground pool create the perfect setting for making lifelong memories.
Watching this vision come to life has truly been a blessing.
"Dave becomes part of your family while you're building your home. Even today, if I call him, he usually gets back to me within an hour. I'd recommend him to anyone."
